Nassau, The Bahamas – The Vivian Group Ltd, led by Founding Principal and Managing Director, Gabriella Fraser, facilitated a one-day Board retreat with members of the Board of Directors for the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers’ Confederation (BCCEC).

In 2017, The Vivian Group Ltd facilitated the development of the BCCEC’s Strategic Plan 2018 – 2021. The exercise included an organisational capacity assessment, stakeholder interviews, and extensive Board engagement.
