Founded in 2014, The Vivian Group Ltd is a New Providence based consulting firm. We provide strategic management and analytical services that promote institutional strengthening, capacity building, stakeholder engagement in research and policy-relevant socioeconomic research. Our clients include public sector agencies, commercial enterprises, community-based organisations and other not-for-profit institutions.
Our services are arranged in two core areas:
To empower and inspire meaningful change, through the organisations, policies, programmes, and projects we help to strengthen and innovate.
To support organisations and initiatives with the tools and information necessary to build capacity and implement mandates effectively.
Our values are based on what we want our clients to feel as a result of their experiences with us. How we want them to feel about the work that we execute and deliver on their behalf.
We aim to cultivate enduring client relationships based on:
We hold our clients in high esteem. We respect their time, and we value their trust.
Ownership of what we promise. Ownership of what we deliver.
We value excellence and we put in the work.
The basis of our ‘who’, ‘what’, ‘how’ and ‘why’.
We are who we say we are.
We are resourceful. We provide insightful and strategic guidance.
The energy that we bring is rooted in our commitment to delivering on the needs and aspirations of our clients.
We are intentional about identifying takeaways and lessons learned. This is how we grow with creativity and agility.
The bottom line for us is that we cultivate relationships such that our clients speak well of us, think of us when future needs arise, and are happy to recommend us to others.
