Nassau, The Bahamas – Vivian Group Ltd Founder and Managing Director, Gabriella Fraser, was a presenter at the Insurance Commission of the Bahamas’ (ICB) March 15, 2024, management team retreat.
Led by Acting Superintendent of Insurance, Mrs. Dana Munnings-Gray, Ms. Fraser presented to the team on “The Importance of the Strategic Planning Process and the ICB’s Strategic Plan 2023 – 2025”.
The session was part refresher, part introduction, and part review of previous strategic planning work by the ICB, to a management team that included a mix of seasoned and new members to the institution’s leadership.
In 2022, The Vivian Group Ltd guided the ICB through the strategic planning process that produced the institution’s 2023 – 2025 strategic plan.
