Facilitation of UB’s Strategic Leadership Meetings

Nassau, The Bahamas. During August 2025, The Vivian Group Ltd. facilitated two days of strategy meetings with senior leadership executives of the University of The Bahamas (UB).

The meetings were aimed at addressing four core areas:

  • Strategic Priority Setting
  • Goal Alignment
  • Collaboration Building
  • Team Building

Towards this end, discussions were guided under three thematic areas:

  • The 20,000 ft. View – Setting Strategic Priorities
  • Owning My Space – Defining My Role
  • Alignment – Student Success, Focused Excellence

Participants included UB President Dr. Robert Blaine III; Ms. Denise Barnes, Vice President Human Resources and Vice President UB North; Dr. Marcella Elliot-Ferguson, Vice President Enrolment Management and Athletics; Mr. Joe Stubbs, Vice President Student Services; Dr. Maria Woodside-Oriakhi, Provost and Vice President Academic Affairs; and Dr. Walteria Tucker-Rolle, Assistant Vice President Institutional Strengthening and Accreditation.
