Nassau, The Bahamas. The Vivian Group Ltd was proud to sponsor the participation of four students in Impact Tennis Academy’s annual Summer Camp. Three of the four campers are students of the Judith P. Thompson Primary School (formerly Centreville Primary School) and the fourth is a student of the Uriah McPhee Primary School.
Commenting on why this particular initiative was important to The Vivian Group, Founding Principal & Managing Director Gabriella Fraser explained, “we are firm believers in supporting access to opportunities for individuals who otherwise might not be in a position to avail themselves to such opportunities, without the support of others”.
She added, “we are also believers that things students learn outside of the classroom in their extracurricular pursuits are essential to building well-rounded, thinkers and learners, who understand team concepts and are socially confident”. She continued, “we are happy to support Impact Tennis through our support of these students”.
The camp which ran from June 29th to July 24th at the Balmoral Club, was a multi-sport camp featuring tennis, swimming, golf, karate, soccer and baseball. The students are pictured along with Coach Sherline Jean-Moss and Vivian Group Senior Associate Monique Wilchcombe.
