The Vivian Group Ltd. (TVGL) was engaged by the Organisation for Responsible Governance (ORG Bahamas) to support the organisation in a strategic planning process to develop a three-year, 2023 – 2026, strategic plan.
The initiative, conducted over a three-month period, engaged ORG’s staff, board directors, partners and other stakeholders in a participatory planning process.
The Vivian Group conducted one-on-one semi-structured interviews with some of ORG Bahamas’ principal stakeholders; conducted an organisational capacity assessment (OCA); a values survey which included the participation of internal stakeholders; and an external stakeholder survey. TVGL also facilitated a two-day team planning exercise, and internal stakeholder meetings including board members and staff.
